I've spent the last decade inside India's wealth management industry — across broking, mutual funds, PMS, AIF, bonds, and insurance — seeing exactly where advice, distribution, and technology succeed and where they quietly fail due to the complexities of the ecosystem.

Wealth Operator is where that domain experience meets AI product building. Instead of writing about what's possible, I build working prototypes: recommendation engines, RAG assistants, and data-driven advisor tooling — every one of them on synthetic or public data.

The goal is simple: demonstrate, end to end, what AI-native wealth management products look like for the Indian ecosystem — from problem framing and system design to a deployed demo created by AI and lessons learned from the process.
